Visa Service Charges: Rs.400 (per passport) and Courier charges extra.

This will include:-

Our service charges towards, Submission/ Collection of passports from the respective Embassies.

Misc Photocopy of documents wherever required.

This does not include:-

Color photocopies charges: This will be charged @ Rs.20 per page whenever required.

Photo making charges: This will be charges @ Rs.100 whenever required.

Cargo Services-Pick up/Drop (business hours – 9 AM to 6 PM): Rs.500/- per trip + actual Cargo Charges as charged by the airlines

Cargo Services-Pick up/Drop (Non- business hours – 7 PM to 9 AM): Rs.750/- per trip + actual Cargo charges as charged by the airlines.

Legalization/ Attestation:

Legalization/ Attestation is a process of witnessing documents by authorized person/ Departments/authorities with their official seal and signature. This attestation confirms that, the specified document has been issued by that mentioned department and Seal and signature on that particular document is authentic.

DVS INDIA TRAVELLERS VISA SERVICE specializes in attestation / legalization of documents and can assist you in the process, few common type of attestations/ legalizations are as under.

Types of Attestations

ATTESTATION FROM MINISTRY OF EXTERNAL AFFAIRS, NEW DELHI Attestation/Apostle from MEA can be done after attestation is done from relevant state authorities. For Example in case of Educational Documents document has to be attested from concerned state education department first. In case of personal documents, document needs to be attested from concerned home department prior to MEA attestation.

APOSTILLE:

An apostle is a certificate that authenticates the origin of personal, educational or commercial documents.Apostille can only be issued for documents issued in one country, party to the Apostle convention and that are to be used in another country which is also a party to the convention. Essentially, Apostle is an international attestation that is acceptable in about 92 countries, and most of the western world recognizes Apostle. HRD Attestation:

HRD attestation is the process of authenticating an educational document. HRD authentication centers are available in each state. If an educational document is required to be attested from ministry of external affairs, then it should be first authenticated by the respective state HRD Department, where university / Board / council is located from and where the document have been issued from.

Home Department Attestation:

Home department attestation is a process of authenticating personal documents. If personal document is required to be attested from ministry of external affairs, then it should be first authenticated from the respective state Home department/GAD, where the document has originated.

Embassy Attestation:

India Originated documents which are to be produced in other countries have to be legalized from the respective Embassies/consulates in India. To legalize the document from the respective embassy first it should be authenticated from respective sate Home department or Human Resource Department followed by Ministry of external Affairs in New Delhi then the respective Embassy will legalize the document.

Documents can be broadly divided into three major categories for attestation/apostle:

1. Educational Documents - Degree Certificate, Diploma Certificate, Mark sheet etc...

2. Personal Documents - Marriage Certificate, Birth Certificate, and Registration certificates etc.

FRRO/ FRO Registrations:

All foreigners, including foreigners of Indian origin, visiting India on a visa that permits a stay of more than 180 days must register with the Foreigners' Registration Officer having jurisdiction over the place where the foreigner intends to stay, within 14 days of his/her arrival. While any visitor planning a stay of more than 180 days must register within 14 days, some visas will be stamped with an indication of whether or not registration is required. Everyone with visa indicating that registration is required should be sure to register with the appropriate Foreigners Registration Office within 14 days. It is best to check with the office you will be registering with for up-to-date requirements, but generally you be asked to provide the following documents.

Visa Extensions & conversions of Indian Visa:

The power of Visa conversions and visa extensions to foreigners present in India, vests with the Ministry of Home Affairs. The change of visa status from one category to another category is normally not allowed. It can be considered by MHA only in extraordinary circumstances. Foreigners may approach the FRRO/CHIO/FRO concerned who would forward their case in MHA for approval. Applications for extensions/conversions should be made well in advance.

FRRO can grant 15 days extension of stay on all types of visas on production of confirmed ticket for departure.
